Transitions Candles is the social enterprise of Girls Empowered Mentally for Success, Inc. provides another means to create healthy transitions for at-risk girls. We are committed to the total well-being of the “GEMS Girl”.
She is an essential element of the community, but does not recognize the power and purpose within her. She is you and she is me.
Our vision is to create healthy transitions for girls everywhere.
Our mission is to empower high school girls to discover their passion and purpose through creativity and wisdom.
Transition Interns receive:

Four weeks of work readiness, college prep, and life skills workshops(Time Management, Personal Finance, Technology, Leadership Communication, Resume Writing)

Applicable certifications

Eight weeks of a paid internship
